I have nothing but praise for all at Critoph and Crowe for helping us to arrange my dad’s funeral. From the initial telephone call I was put at ease to ensure I was aware that they would support us throughout the whole process. The planning of the funeral with Lucy was as a positive experience as any, she was welcoming and made us feel relaxed and not rushed, supporting us through each step. When it came to visiting my loved one, Lucy helped me with the process and came in with me to ensure I was ok, she stayed with me the whole time. For the Funeral itself we were looked after on the day by Patrick who was lovely, kind and again explained everything we needed to know. The funeral was as good as we could have envisaged, and the Celebrant, Chloe Middleton took on everything we shared with her when planning this, she took attention to detail and ensured nothing was missed, she brought comedy, love and emotion throughout the service which we were grateful for. We were contacted prior to the funeral and the day after to check how we were and again, put us at ease which really did mean a great deal to us. I would in no doubt recommend the services of Critoph and Crowe to anyone who welcomes that little extra support and guidance throughout this process. Very personal. Thank you!

Superb service when i lost my darling dad from the beginning, right through to the end of a very difficult journey. Luckily for me I have not arranged a funeral before, Lucy was always there answering our questions and concerns with kindness and compassion words can’t say how grateful I am. Lucy and Jonathan looked after my dear dad with dignity and respect at all times. All the staff were so kind and caring. From collecting dad from his home , driving is to crematorium to supporting my family carrying his coffin. First class service that won’t be forgotten.

I would just like to thank you all for your help and support and taking care of my mum, including the funeral last Monday. Mum’s casket and flowers looked beautiful. You really all are amazing in your jobs and I really can’t thank you enough at such a difficult time, your support helped a lot.

From the moment we had to make the saddest phone call of our lives we were treated with the most amazing kindness and compassion. At a time when in grief with so much to consider and do we were guided and helped to give our mum the most dignified and wonderful send off thanks to Jonathan Lucy and the team at Critoph & Crowe.

I’d like to extend my most grateful thanks to all at Critoph and Crowe for helping us to arrange my Mother’s funeral. From start to finish, they did everything possible to ease the process for us. The Funeral itself was conducted with dignity and style, and the Celebrant, Chloe Middleton, made the service very special. There were so many thoughtful little gestures and personal touches from the Funeral Director and the team, which meant a great deal to us on a day that was so very difficult. There was a Finesse that I have rarely seen with other companies. I could not fault anything, and would not hesitate to recommend the services of Critoph and Crowe.

Losing my son has been the worst time of my life, Lucy, Jonathan and all the guys at critoph and Crowe were caring, sensitive and respectful from beginning to end. Within a couple of hours of mum dying the guys came and were so respectful, that carried forward to the end of the funeral. Mum looked so peaceful in the Chapel of rest and the whole team made sure the process right up to last detail was perfect in every way… viewing,flowers,service,timings, costs , how could we thank you. When our father passed away it was difficult thinking about all the arrangements that had to be made , after speaking with a Lucy everything seemed easier , her friendly & professional manner helped put us at ease and she guided us through the process, we felt comforted that our father was in such safe and kind hands. The day of the funeral passed seamlessly & everyone that we had contact with were kind and professional. Thank you for all you support at such a difficult time .
