I am so incredibly grateful for both Lucy and Abbie at Critoph and Crowe. I cannot express how much Lucy has helped me through such a difficult time with losing my mum. She not only gave the best care to my mum, but also to my mum’s entire family. Lucy listened to us if we needed to talk and comforted us. Both Lucy and Abbie were so respectful. I cannot think of a single fault. I will forever be grateful for both of them.
