I really don’t have enough kind words to express how amazing and lovely the team are at Critoph and Crowe.
From the very start Lucy was an absolute star.. she supported me every step of the way. Never pushed only guided me and always had my back 💯…
She was kind and she genuinely loves doing what she does and it really does show.
The whole team were professional from the boys coming to take nan away they were polite, respectful and professional.
They also helped me with a great celebrant who was a lovely chap and very professional.
The funeral day went well and the boys were lovely and kind and no question or request was to much for them..
They really did help me make my nans funeral a lovely one and gave her the best send off we could give.
