Losing my son has been the worst time of my life, Lucy, Jonathan and all the guys at critoph and Crowe were caring, sensitive and respectful from beginning to end. Lucy was wonderful and so supportive helping me with all the arrangements for the day. Thank you all so much for making the worst time a little more bearable.
