What an absolute first class service Critoph and Crowe provided. Lucy and the team exceeded our expectations. As a family, Critoph have always been our choice of undertaker, and have always been very happy with the service they provided. However, they have advanced to another level, with a first class team. As we were organising a funeral for a young man, it was extremely emotional and difficult. Lucy and the team took the stress from us. On the day of the funeral the undertakers were organised and professional and took great care of a family member that was finding it difficult. I cannot speak highly enough of the team. So highly recommended.
