Our family have been using Critoph and Crowe for three generations. In the last two years I have lost both my parents but Jonathan, Lucy and the whole team were there when I needed them. Everyone was wonderful from the first sad phone call, right up until a memorial stone was placed in the churchyard. I could rely on their support and professionalism at every stage. There are so many words I could use to describe these lovely people – compassionate, empathetic, respectful and caring. Lucy and Abi took care of so many little details. Nothing was too much trouble.
