I can’t thank Critoph and Crowe enough for how they helped us through a difficult time.
The gentlemen that came to the house treated mum with such dignity I felt from the start that mum was in good hands. Lucy was amazing and genuinely cares for all of the family and I know she looked after mum while in her care. Abbie was so helpful in sorting out the details and on the day of the cremation made everything so much easier.
