I cannot speak highly enough of Critoph and Crowe Ltd. Each of the team that I came into contact with, from the time that Lucy and I first spoke, were attentive and compassionate. Abi was super, very responsive and supportive, and made sure the arrangements for the service and cremation were handled efficiently and without fuss and Grahame and his team on the day of the service were courteous and models of professionalism.
