Where do I begin! The shock of the sudden loss of my father, the turbulence straight after.. to then finding Critoph & Crowe. Thank goodness I did! From the very first interaction, the whole team were the kindest and most professional people. Nothing was too much and they did all they could to make every step as smooth sailing as possible.
With particular thanks to Lucy. What an amazing lady. I don’t know what I would have done without your guidance and support. Like family member, taking me under your wing.. I shall be forever grateful.
The funeral organised for dad was everything I could have hoped for and more. There was no ‘upselling’ at ANY point. Just pure support and every wish I had, Lucy made happen. Even my crazy phone calls asking her to tell dad things whilst he was in their care, she did! Thank you will never be enough.
