We as a family can not thank you all for every thing you did for my mum and then my uncle. Thank you does not even begin to cover the kindness and guidance that you gave us at a very difficult time. Lucy what can I say she is amazing, when she rang she would say its only Lucy and I would say you are not just only Lucy you became a friend and looked after us all so well.
