Having lost my mum at only 68, I was worried about having to deal with all the arrangements, but Lucy and the team were so helpful and very caring at such a difficult time. Whether it be the initial phone calls, or meeting in person, Lucy spoke in such a way that made me feel at ease and peace to make decisions. Everything from the order of service, to the funeral itself was perfect and I can’t thank them enough for everything during the hardest time of my life.
